Implementation Consultant – Logistics Sector

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Implement SoftExpert Suite projects for organizations in the logistics, transportation, and warehousing industries.

• Perform surveys, analyses, and mapping of operational and logistics workflows, considering the specific requirements and goals established for each project.

• Offer consulting services aimed at standardizing processes, implementing controls, and driving continuous improvement initiatives, with an emphasis on enhancing operational efficiency.

• Create platform configurations that align with business requirements and the needs identified within the project parameters.

• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and follow-up activities concerning the solutions that have been implemented.

• Provide support and knowledge transfer regarding the configured features and processes, assisting clients in effectively adopting the solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed or ongoing higher education in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Technology, or related disciplines.

• Experience in software, ERP, or management system implementation projects.

• Technical proficiency in logistics and operational processes, SQL, REST/SOAP/API integrations, and business process mapping and management (BPM).

• Background in working on projects or delivering services to organizations in the logistics, transportation, warehousing, or distribution center sectors.

• Understanding of or experience with production and logistics processes, traceability, and operational control.

• Familiarity with operational performance indicators, such as SLAs, productivity, and transportation performance metrics.

• Proficiency in English and/or Spanish for projects that necessitate communication in these languages.

• Willingness to travel or commute as required for project-related activities.

• 1–2 years, 2–4 years, or 5+ years of experience with software or management system implementation projects.
