📋 Description

• Transform vague inquiries into organized analyses and effectively communicate intricate findings to external stakeholders.

• Take ownership of deal-related analyses that support both new and existing lending-partner collaborations across Upstart's product offerings.

• Evaluate deal economics, performance trade-offs, risk/return profiles, and product configurations.

• Convert analytical insights into actionable recommendations that guide deal structuring, pricing, and strategic choices.

• Collaborate with teams in Capital Markets, Sales, Product, and Finance.

• Promote the adoption of the Upstart platform among lending partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in solutions consulting, strategy, analytics, or a similar role.

• Proficiency in SQL and Python, with a comfort in directly working with data.

• Capability to handle large datasets and conduct thorough quantitative analyses.

• Experience collaborating with centralized analytics or data science teams.

• Familiarity with creating dashboards or recurring reports using Looker, Tableau, Mode, or comparable tools.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and comfort in cross-functional environments.

• Preferred: experience in fintech, capital markets, lending, or financial products.

• Preferred: experience with various lending products, encompassing personal loans, auto loans, or home lending.

• Preferred: knowledge of deal economics, risk/return analysis, or portfolio analytics.
