Solutions Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead discovery and strategy sessions to identify client challenges, objectives, and operational hurdles.

• Articulate solutions in terms of quantifiable business results.

• Customize and present product demonstrations.

• Conduct ROI workshops and create business cases along with evaluation frameworks.

• Facilitate structured playback sessions for executive stakeholders.

• Assess the costs of inaction and establish success metrics.

• Contribute to whitepapers, webinars, and thought leadership initiatives.

• Develop and maintain demo assets and environments.

• Collaborate effectively with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.

• Utilize APIs, SDKs, and innovative problem-solving to create customized solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in a pre-sales, business consulting, or solution consulting capacity, preferably within SaaS or data-centric platforms.

• Proficiency in PIM, MDM, DAM, Syndication, Digital Shelf, or Product Experience Management.

• Proven track record in leading ROI discussions, exploring customer challenges, and providing clear, value-oriented metrics that facilitate stakeholder decision-making and advance deals.

• Experience in co-developing business cases and evaluation frameworks for both operational and executive audiences.

• Capability to connect platform functionalities to concrete business results and priorities.

• Excellent communication skills for detailed technical discussions and high-level business narratives, including structured playback sessions.

• Experience in customizing solutions using product functionalities, APIs, integrations, and innovative architecture.
