Solutions Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to customers, analyze and resolve intricate issues, and advise sales representatives on alternative strategies in negotiations.

• Develop and prepare tailored demonstrations for potential clients.

• Understand customer requirements and translate them into solutions that fulfill both client and business needs.

• Leverage AI tools to enhance the efficiency of demo configurations and proposal creation.

• Collaborate with the sales team to design presentations for client meetings.

• Address inquiries for information and project proposals, emphasizing the advantages of Billtrust’s solutions.

• Establish prospect expectations, oversee project scope, and draft Statements of Work for transition to Professional Services.

• Assist and mentor partners as they market and implement Billtrust’s solutions.

• Support marketing initiatives through seminars, demonstrations, and innovative solutions.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Credit/Collections or Accounts Receivable, or at least 3 years of presales/consulting experience in SaaS-based financial technology.

• Proven capability to integrate AI into personal workflows to enhance demo configuration and proposal drafting efficiency.

• Strong ability to communicate and illustrate the value of complex SaaS-based solutions.

• Competence in gathering requirements and collaborating with development teams.

• Established ability to apply advanced problem-solving and analytical skills to connect solutions with business challenges.

• Extensive technical knowledge of the invoice-to-cash process.

• Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.

• Ongoing commitment to deepening knowledge of Billtrust solutions.
