Solutions Architect – M365 Collab

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Implement various Microsoft 365 workloads such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft Viva.

• Offer guidance to customers and partners regarding best practices for deploying Microsoft 365.

• Migrate and deploy multiple Microsoft 365 workloads in accordance with SHI standards and best practices.

• Analyze and gather environment discovery data using tools and scripts developed by the company.

• Create and update documentation related to customer Microsoft 365 environments and their integrations.

• Support Solutions Architects in tenant migrations and consolidations for Microsoft 365.

• Consult with clients on Microsoft 365 technologies and innovative ideas.

• Assist delivery teams with project responsibilities and ensure accountability for project results.

• Record best practices, lessons learned, and provide guidance for delivery.

• Work alongside sales teams to identify and secure opportunities through discovery sessions and presentations.

• Lead the creation of Statements of Work that align with client requirements and business goals.

• Drive the growth of professional services revenue by identifying opportunities and enhancing service offerings.

• Collaborate with partner teams to develop synergistic service solutions.

• Engage with sales teams and customer success managers to coordinate service delivery and client interaction.

• Contribute to the development of practices, innovation initiatives, and practice standards.

• Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to enhance satisfaction and retention.

• Provide expertise in service delivery, thought leadership, and technological guidance.

• Analyze business processes and suggest improvements.

• Supervise the evaluation and selection of hardware, software, and technology standards.

• Recommend architectural approaches, new partners, and solution components while driving the retirement of outdated technologies.

• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and frameworks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed Bachelor’s or Technical degree, or relevant work experience in Computer Engineering or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in solutions architecture or software engineering.

• More than 5 years of technical experience with increasing levels of responsibility.

• At least 3 years of experience in designing, implementing, and integrating Microsoft Collaboration technologies.

• A minimum of 3 years working with and migrating Microsoft Collaboration technologies.

• At least 3 years of experience in developing and executing automation and deployment scripts.

• Proficient in managing and directing projects to successful completion — Intermediate level.

• Capable of identifying, documenting, and managing technical project needs and specifications — Intermediate level.

• Proficient in defining, designing, building, and maintaining robust systems and solutions — Intermediate level.

• Skilled in writing, debugging, and maintaining code in various scripting and programming languages — Intermediate level.

• Competent in managing infrastructure components including firewalls, load balancers, hypervisors, storage, monitoring, and security — Intermediate level.

• Experienced in developing detailed Statements of Work and driving revenue growth through professional services engagements — Intermediate level.

• Extensive experience with large-scale IT projects related to design, deployment, and configuration — Intermediate level.

• Willingness to travel occasionally.
