This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee numerous sales opportunities and coordinate account teams/programs.
• Deliver sales and solution assurance for client services.
• Comprehend customer business and technical needs.
• Create and enhance solution designs with customers and stakeholders.
• Manage expectations while addressing sales, stakeholder, and delivery challenges.
• Promote internal communication and assemble delivery teams for new projects.
• Compile solution status and proposed cost information.
• Communicate and address sales/solution escalation procedures.
• Implement knowledge management and facilitate sales-to-delivery knowledge transfer.
• Identify and manage sales/solutions risks and opportunities while facilitating resolution.
• Oversee solution change control processes.
• Conduct practice pipeline and opportunity analysis, product line reviews, and solution health assessments.
• Evaluate customer reference-ability and nurture relationships with customers and account teams.
• Refine practice pipeline and product line characteristics using metrics, analysis, market fit, and technological advancements.
• Assist in developing and executing account strategies.
• Manage customer requirements, deliverables, costs, contract types, timelines, risks, assumptions, and overall satisfaction.
• Ensure that the solution methodology is adhered to from opportunity assessment through to project completion.
• Maintain financial and contractual accountability for engagement profitability.
• Identify further business opportunities and assist in future pursuits.
• Mentor, manage, and cultivate product/project team members.
• Conduct annual evaluations and provide performance insights.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are effectively communicated and implemented.
• Develop organizational capabilities for audit, compliance, and risk governance.
• Facilitate integration between IT and audit functions.
• Negotiate audit issue specifics with Internal Audit.
• Plan and manage external, internal, and regulatory audit compliance activities.
• Serve as a liaison among auditors, IT Risk, Business and Disaster Recovery, Applications Development, and Database Administration teams.
• Develop, test, and implement DoD RMF/FedRAMP compliance strategies.
• Review artifacts and perform infrastructure assessments to support DoD, RMF, and FedRAMP certification.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 15+ years of experience in information technology and/or professional services, with a focus on subject matter expertise.
• Proven experience in delivering projects/programs and managing client professional services agreements, including the change management process.
• Regular interactions with external customers at the Director level or above, often at the CXO level.
• Established consulting and interpersonal skills with over 15 years of experience.
• Over 15 years of experience in IT service management/project management, delivering projects/programs and providing daily delivery/consulting oversight in a professional services environment or equivalent, with relevant experience in resource management.
• Strong conceptual and analytical capabilities along with innovative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and plan complex tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in leading and collaborating across teams to achieve successful outcomes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Exceptional people and personnel management abilities.
• Experienced in IT and business compliance programs.
• Proficient in executing audit management control frameworks, including data governance and compliance processes.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, HITRUST, CRISC, and AI Governance accreditation.
• Knowledge of CMMC, CISA, DISA, IL5, IL6, STIG, NIST, COBIT, ISO, and FedRAMP environments.
• Understanding of Security Control Frameworks (NIST, ISO, COBIT), Security Operations, and POA&M.
• Experience in cloud security and compliance.
• Background in secure systems design and analysis supporting Network and Secure Operations.
• Knowledge of security procedures, processes, and tools.
• Experience in developing Management Action Plans.
• Familiarity with DoD RMF/FedRAMP plans as identified in NIST 800-171 and NIST SP 800-53.
• Ability to document Standard Operating Procedures clearly and concisely.
• Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISM, and CISA.
