This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Design and implement Oracle Cloud Fusion solutions across Financials, HCM, and EPM modules.
• Create comprehensive finance processes including Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and Record to Report.
• Develop complete HCM Hire to Retire processes.
• Review and produce functional specifications for RICEF objects.
• Support business users during CRP, SIT, and UAT phases.
• Design, execute, and maintain a scalable and secure Oracle Cloud Fusion technical architecture and integrations.
• Offer technical leadership and mentorship.
• Provide guidance on decisions and priorities concerning overall systems architecture.
• Assist product teams in crafting technology solutions that integrate various platforms, operating systems, and software.
• Evaluate and advise on software and hardware builds, system options, risks, cost-benefit analysis, and the impact on enterprise business processes.
• Contribute to system roadmaps, including dates for technical or functional obsolescence.
• Aid in the development and management of an architecture governance process.
• Offer technical guidance and productivity tools to product teams.
• Create and sustain architectural assets, encompassing security requirements, principles, standards, policies, reference architectures, models, blueprints, roadmaps, frameworks, patterns, and services using UML.
• Investigate new technologies and showcase them through proof-of-concept demonstrations.
• Establish awareness for and monitor compliance with integration standards for scalability, maintainability, security, and reliability.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and stay informed about new technologies.
• Adhere to safety regulations, engage in pre-task planning, and report safety issues.
• Uphold quality standards across all projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field with 10 years of relevant experience, or 14 years of relevant experience in place of a degree.
• Minimum of eight years of applicable business or systems development experience.
• Experience in implementing Oracle Fusion Finance, EPM, and HCM.
• Full lifecycle experience with Oracle Fusion HCM implementation from initial design to go-live.
• Practical experience with Oracle HCM configuration in Benefits, Performance Management, Recruiting, and Compensation.
• Proven experience in designing end-to-end Hire to Retire processes.
• Expertise in delivering functional specifications for RICEF objects: Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Fast Formulas.
• Direct experience in supporting CRP, SIT, and UAT alongside business users.
• Ability to design solutions that address gaps in Oracle functionality.
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, including Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Knowledge and proficiency in VBCS, OTBI, BI Publisher, and OIC.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable violation history.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures, such as PaaS, IaaS, microservices, containerization, serverless computing, and API design.
• Understanding of UML.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with HR teams in a non-technical manner.
