Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Serve as a technical consultant and subject matter expert on Meta's marketing technology offerings.

• Manage multiple customer migrations or projects concurrently.

• Act as the primary technical contact for major accounts.

• Collaborate closely with sales teams to identify opportunities aligned with business objectives and industry developments.

• Implement processes defined by leadership.

• Ensure prompt resolution of support tickets and customer inquiries.

• Gather customer feedback and convert issues into actionable product insights.

• Leverage product, technology, and business expertise to create scalable solutions.

• Foster relationships with team members and cross-functional partners.

• Influence decision-making through data-driven business presentations.

• Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.

• Empower clients across EMEA to unlock the potential of Meta's marketing solutions.

• Convert client business objectives into execution plans utilizing Meta's advertising platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant, Pre-Sales Consultant, or Partner/Sales Engineer.

• Profound expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM).

• Advanced practical knowledge of IDP/IDaaS, SSO, SAML/SCIM, provisioning, and access governance.

• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, global IAM projects and programs from start to finish.

• Strong consultancy mindset with the ability to translate client business goals into technical execution strategies.

• Capability to provide credible advice at both technical and executive levels.

• Solid technical background in enterprise architecture, cloud systems, security, and integration.

• Experience in deploying extensive partner integration projects.

• Familiarity with web, mobile, or enterprise technology stacks.

• Technical Degree or equivalent experience required.

• Must adhere to GDPR and relevant data protection/privacy regulations, along with Meta's data handling, confidentiality, and information security policies.

• Preferred: Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, or SailPoint.

• Preferred: Proficiency in an additional European language such as French, German, Spanish, or Italian.

• Preferred: Understanding of AI and familiarity with generative AI tools.

• Preferred: Knowledge of AdTech, Advertising, or Digital Marketing.

• Preferred: Technical understanding of Meta advertising products, including Ads and Pages API and Identity Platform.

• Preferred: Experience with API documentation, invoking APIs using scripts, and testing APIs.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Swagger and Postman.
