Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and deploy autonomous AI agents utilizing Salesforce Agentforce across various Salesforce clouds.

• Build and configure custom Agent Actions using Flows, Apex, Prompt Templates, and MuleSoft APIs.

• Create and implement agent topics, instructions, and guidelines to ensure precise and safe agent responses.

• Develop proof of concepts to assess agent feasibility and showcase business value prior to full implementation.

• Create custom Prompt Templates and engineer system prompts for enhanced agent performance.

• Integrate agents with Data Cloud, external systems, and third-party LLMs using MuleSoft or APIs.

• Enforce agent security, including configuration of the Einstein Trust Layer and data masking.

• Conduct unit testing and simulation testing, while also supporting user acceptance testing.

• Monitor analytics related to agent performance and continuously optimize based on conversation metrics.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues pertaining to agent responses, actions, and integrations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of development and configuration experience within the Salesforce Platform.

• Proven hands-on experience in building and deploying Agentforce agents in production settings.

• Expertise in Salesforce Flow, including autonomous mode flows, and Apex for custom agent actions.

• Experience in API development and integration, particularly in designing and consuming RESTful APIs via MuleSoft or native Salesforce.

• Proficiency in prompt engineering and familiarity with Large Language Models (GPT-4, Claude, etc.).

• Experience with Data Cloud or comparable customer data platforms.

• Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, and/or Apex.

• Understanding of AI/ML concepts, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and grounding techniques.

• Familiarity with agent testing methodologies and principles of conversation design.

• Required Salesforce Administrator certification.

• Required AgentBlazer Champion certification.

• Required Platform Developer I certification.

• In-depth knowledge of Agentforce architecture, Agent Builder, and the Atlas Reasoning Engine.

• Ability to design conversational AI experiences with suitable agent tone, personality, and guardrails.

• Strong prompt engineering abilities with a knack for refining and optimizing agent instructions.

• Familiarity with Einstein Trust Layer, data security, and compliance requirements for AI agents.

• Experience in agent performance monitoring, A/B testing, and ongoing improvement.

• Capability to translate business needs into agent functionalities and action plans.

• Strong understanding of the appropriate contexts for using agents versus traditional automation, such as Flows and Apex.

• Familiarity with multi-agent orchestration and handoff patterns.

• Knowledge of Salesforce metadata deployment, including DevOps, change sets, or CI/CD pipelines.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to debug complex agent behaviors.

• Strong communication skills to articulate agent capabilities and limitations to non-technical stakeholders.
