• Create architectural solutions that enhance the resilience and stability of the iFood ecosystem.

• Identify opportunities for improvement that minimize rework and enhance delivery predictability.

• Promote the integration of artificial intelligence in governance and product solutions.

• Lead technical initiatives in partnership with core engineering and product teams.

• Suggest modifications that optimize the development lifecycle and improve deployment quality.

• Ensure seamless integration across maintenance, support, and architectural evolution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid background in software development, with experience as a Solutions Architect.

• A constructive and challenging mindset, capable of enhancing the team’s technical maturity.

• An integrated business and technical viewpoint, providing solutions that are feasible for both aspects.

• Strong expertise in software architecture, including design patterns, cross-domain decisions, and distributed systems architecture.

• Experience with resilience and observability, covering single point of failure (SPoF) mapping, caching strategies, monitoring, and alerting.

• Familiarity with messaging and asynchronous integration, cloud and containers, as well as continuous deployment best practices.

• Proven experience in modernizing legacy systems and managing technical debt.

• Ability to critically evaluate technical proposals and contribute to architectural reviews.

• Experience engaging in discussions about costs, vulnerabilities, and architecture directly with technical leadership.

• Demonstrated experience in the FinTech industry.

• Knowledge of artificial intelligence engineering.
