This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Strategically develop and implement Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions tailored to customer requirements and business objectives.
• Analyze intricate business challenges and convert them into actionable specifications.
• Formulate solution strategies and guide project teams to ensure successful execution.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to synchronize solutions with customer aims and organizational capabilities.
• Assist in pre-sales activities and business development efforts.
• Offer technical expertise to clients as a subject matter expert.
• Lead customer teams and promote collaboration across departments throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to both internal teams and external clients.
• Direct and coordinate cross-functional teams during project implementation.
• Design PLM solution strategies, encompassing system architecture, hardware, and software components.
• Identify and evaluate customer challenges and create scalable technical solutions.
• Work alongside sales, business development, and technology teams on proposed solutions.
• Oversee data mapping and migration tasks between systems.
• Document data mapping schemas, transformation rules, migration strategies, and technical specifics.
• Educate and assist stakeholders working with data in the new system.
• Provide continual support and mentorship to project teams and stakeholders.
• Enhance processes and technical standards.
• Participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives and process optimization.
• Execute other responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or Engineering.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience is required; 10+ years are preferred in a similar Solution Architect or technical consulting position.
• Demonstrated experience with PLM solutions, including infrastructure design (hardware, software, networking) and data management.
• Practical experience with PTC technologies, such as Windchill, ThingWorx, and Creo.
• Proficient in JavaScript, Java, JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, PHP, RESTful APIs, C, C++, and SQL.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and implementation of user-friendly interfaces.
• Preferred experience with ERP connectors and enterprise-system integration.
• Experience with Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Understanding of database concepts, data modeling, data connectivity, and data shaping.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and capacity to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to maintain effectiveness and composure under pressure and in time-sensitive circumstances.
• High level of collaboration and accountability.
• Must currently reside in the United States of America.
• Must be able to meet federal contractor requirements.
