Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Catalog, develop, coordinate, communicate, and sustain enterprise architecture models.

• Collaborate with development teams to outline and construct solution designs.

• Act as a technical reference for Cresol’s architecture.

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the company’s business capabilities, processes, and policies.

• Facilitate the execution of the enterprise architecture discipline.

• Assist in defining IT strategy.

• Aid in the adoption of new technologies and processes.

• Design and uphold roadmaps for enterprise applications.

• Map business processes, value streams, and capabilities.

• Interact with internal departments to present and discuss architecture solutions.

• Build and enhance the reference architecture.

• Develop and maintain documentation and generated artifacts.

• Support the definition and implementation of the reference architecture.

• Comprehend and lead the integration of legacy systems with new solutions.

• Advocate, disseminate, and design architecture practices, reuse, models, standards, and principles.

• Collaborate with Product Owners and Project Managers to structure business initiatives in the Upstream flow.

• Conduct technical feasibility analyses for business initiatives.

• Work with the development team in the Downstream flow.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of systems architecture.

• Profound knowledge of systems engineering, cloud environments—preferably Azure—and on-premises infrastructure.

• Experience in implementing DevOps pipelines.

• Familiarity with service design, profile creation, governance, continuous integration and development, and DevSecOps.

• Experience in implementing and developing microservices architecture.

• Proficiency in enterprise integration design patterns.

• Experience in applying security standards such as OAuth, SAML, single sign-on, and mobile device management.

• Capability to transform monolithic legacy systems into microservices architecture.

• Ability to design API-centric solutions.

• Knowledge of Java versions 8, 11, 17, and 21, Quarkus, and Spring Boot.

• Advanced understanding of implementing cybersecurity in systems and infrastructure.

• Familiarity with data structures.

• Knowledge of multichannel system architectures.

• Experience working with GitLab.

• Ability to resolve complex situations.

• Capacity to work collaboratively in a team and share knowledge.

• Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with business teams.
