Solutions Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, document, and implement solution functionalities by constructing, testing, and maintaining features.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve intricate technical challenges.

• Collaborate with various departments to facilitate project implementations and address member maintenance concerns.

• Develop and enhance technical documentation for process optimization and cross-functional alignment.

• Cultivate skills and expertise in technical design, analysis, and system enhancements.

• Uphold OCHIN’s mission by aligning technical strategies with organizational goals.

• Work with non-technical stakeholders to connect technology with organizational objectives.

• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Travel to assist with Go-Live installations or training as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience or completion of OCHIN's Apprentice Program (Preferred).

• Interface Analyst: Epic Bridges Certification (Required).

• Epic Care Everywhere Certification (Highly preferred).

• Data Conversion Analyst: Epic Bridges Certification (Required or must be obtained within the first 6 months of employment).

• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server (Required).

• Data Integrity Analyst: Epic Identity Certification (Required), plus one of the following: Patient Access, Reporting, Clinical, or HIM (ROI, Coding, Deficiency Tracking).

• Epic Application Analyst: Current Epic certification or accreditation in the assigned module.

• Proficient in reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English.

• Capability to work independently and effectively from a home office.

• Access to high-speed internet service.

• Ability to maintain focus in a distraction-free environment.

• Willingness and ability to travel nationally based on business needs, potentially up to 20% for on-site Go-Live support.
