This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Serve as a trusted Microsoft advisor by leading discussions on customer discovery, technical qualification, solution strategy, and alignment with business outcomes.
• Facilitate engaging customer workshops, envisioning sessions, demonstrations, assessments, and partner-funded initiatives.
• Convert business challenges into opportunities for Microsoft solutions and create solution narratives, reference architectures, and enablement materials.
• Recognize opportunities for growth in Microsoft licensing, professional and managed services, adoption programs, and broader platform expansion.
• Collaborate effectively with SHI account teams, Microsoft specialists, internal technical resources, and clients.
• Provide technical enablement and expert knowledge to sales and technical teams.
• Record customer insights, recommendations, opportunities, next steps, and service handoffs.
• Stay updated on Microsoft technologies, industry trends, competitive landscapes, adoption patterns, and certification requirements.
• Assist customers in deploying Microsoft Purview, information protection, data governance, risk management, compliance, eDiscovery, and regulatory response solutions across Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• A completed Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in a comparable role.
• Maintain relevant Microsoft certifications, partner accreditations, and necessary training aligned with the role, specialization area, and Microsoft program requirements.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and pursue additional certifications.
• Willingness to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events (25%).
• Ability to lead customer discovery discussions and translate both business and technical requirements into Microsoft solution opportunities.
• Excellent customer-facing communication, presentation, storytelling, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
• Capacity to clearly and practically convey complex Microsoft technologies.
• Possess consultative sales skills, including opportunity qualification, value-based positioning, objection handling, and solution alignment.
• Technical proficiency in one or more areas of Microsoft solutions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft licensing models, adoption considerations, implementation strategies, partner programs, and service engagement processes.
• Ability to develop and present demonstrations, workshops, reference materials, and enablement content.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and project coordination skills.
• Commitment to staying current on Microsoft technologies, industry trends, product roadmaps, and certification requirements.
