Solution Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Act as a trusted advisor for strategic customers during the RUN phase, focusing on complex use cases.

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.

• Assess advanced client needs and convert requirements into scalable solutions on the 360Learning platform.

• Oversee a portfolio of customers throughout their lifecycle to enhance product adoption.

• Provide customized solutions that extend beyond standard product functionalities.

• Lead intricate integrations involving APIs, flat files, and third-party applications.

• Reconstruct platform architecture as necessary.

• Conduct solution audits to ensure effectiveness.

• Offer high-level recommendations to maximize business impact and long-term value.

• Manage a portfolio of 10 enterprise clients and up to 30 active projects at once.

• Assist Customer Success partners with functional and technical inquiries.

• Deliver Professional Services to current customers.

• Create repeatable and scalable processes to enhance project quality and delivery.

• Onboard an additional Solution Expert.

• Contribute to the knowledge base and disseminate best practices.

• Collaborate with the partner ecosystem to enhance client services.

• Provide platform audits and professional services from the offerings catalog.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional consulting experience, ideally in a customer-facing capacity.

• Prior experience in deploying SaaS products, preferably in HR-related fields.

• Strong project management abilities.

• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with APIs.

• Experience in SSO configuration and troubleshooting.

• Client-first mindset with a solution-oriented approach.

• Ability to tailor communication for both highly technical and less technical audiences.

• Highly organized, structured, rational, and analytical, capable of managing priorities across multiple customer implementations.

• Full professional proficiency in French, English, and German.
