Solution Engineer, MEDI:CUS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist in the onboarding process of new medical facilities and clinics to the technical platform, providing support for technical inquiries.

• Offer technical guidance during the integration of new specialist applications onto the platform, focusing on configuration, testing, and commissioning.

• Engage in the development and automation of integration and deployment processes, utilizing configuration and scripting tools or CI/CD pipelines.

• Collaborate closely with partners, hospitals, and vendors of digital specialist applications to clarify technical specifications and ensure alignment with platform standards.

• Aid in troubleshooting and performance enhancement, ensuring the reliable operation of integrated applications.

• Record completed integrations and assist in the ongoing development of technical onboarding procedures.

• Play a role in the continuous enhancement of the platform architecture, emphasizing scalability, security, and reusability.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree in Computer Science or a related field, achieved with outstanding results.

• Several years of experience as a Solution Engineer or in Pre-/Post-Sales roles.

• Experience in cloud, SaaS, or platform development is beneficial.

• Practical knowledge of networking, API, and security topics, such as IAM, Active Directory, DMZ, VPN, OAuth2, and TLS.

• Alternatively, a strong understanding of common DevOps tools like CI/CD, Git, Terraform, and Ansible.

• A self-directed, pragmatic, and organized approach to work.

• Proficient in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• A readiness to engage in hands-on, solution-focused operational tasks.
