Solution Engineer – LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives.

• Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions focusing on customer architecture, telemetry sources, operational challenges, business motivations, and success criteria.

• Craft and deliver customized demonstrations that align Coralogix with actual customer use cases.

• Oversee technical evaluations and proof of concepts (POCs) from initial scope to validation.

• Assist with hands-on deployment, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting during evaluation phases.

• Engage with customers regarding logs, metrics, traces, Kubernetes, cloud environments, applications, and security use cases.

• Articulate Coralogix’s architecture, unique value proposition, and differentiation to both technical and executive audiences.

• Identify technical risks, eliminate obstacles, and guide customers towards making informed technical decisions.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support teams to convey field feedback and enhance Coralogix’s competitive edge.

• Be prepared for frequent travel throughout LATAM.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years in a customer-facing technical position, such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Security Engineering.

• Proficiency in Spanish at a native level and fluency in English are essential.

• Knowledge of Portuguese or additional languages is a significant advantage.

• Proven experience in leading technical evaluations, conducting product demonstrations, and managing proof-of-concept processes.

• Willingness to travel frequently across LATAM.

• Strong practical technical skills in deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration tasks.

• Deep understanding of observability concepts, including logs, metrics, traces, APM, dashboards, alerting, and infrastructure monitoring.

• Capability to communicate effectively with engineers, DevOps, SREs, platform, and security teams.

• Confidence in engaging with executives and translating technical value into business benefits.

• Hands-on experience with cloud-native environments, distributed systems, containers, and modern infrastructure.

• Proficiency in coding or scripting languages such as Python, Go, Java, JavaScript, Bash, or similar.

• Strong communication skills, ownership mentality, follow-through, and commercial insight.

• Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerized environments.

• Experience working with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Knowledge of OpenTelemetry.

• Experience with Prometheus.

• Familiarity with Docker.

• Experience with APM and distributed tracing.

• Knowledge of log analytics and telemetry pipelines.

• Experience with SIEM or security monitoring.

• Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring.

• Experience with Real User Monitoring (RUM).

• Proficiency in Terraform, Helm, or deployment automation.

• Experience with CI/CD workflows.

• Familiarity with application instrumentation and debugging.
