Solution Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the technical strategy for sales initiatives in collaboration with Account Executives.

• Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand customer architecture, telemetry sources, operational challenges, business motivations, and success metrics.

• Create and present customized demonstrations that link Coralogix to genuine customer scenarios.

• Oversee technical evaluations and proof-of-concept projects from initial scope to successful validation.

• Provide hands-on assistance with deployment, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting during evaluation phases.

• Collaborate with customers on logs, metrics, traces, Kubernetes, cloud environments, applications, and security use cases.

• Articulate Coralogix’s architecture, unique features, and value proposition to both technical and executive audiences.

• Identify and mitigate technical risks, eliminate obstacles, and guide customers towards making informed technical decisions.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support teams to relay field feedback and enhance Coralogix's competitive edge.

• Travel extensively across LATAM to provide support to customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in a customer-facing technical position such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Security Engineering.

• Native Spanish speaker with fluent English proficiency is mandatory.

• Proficiency in Portuguese or additional languages is a significant advantage.

• Proven experience in leading technical evaluations, delivering product demonstrations, and managing proof-of-concept initiatives.

• Openness to frequent travel across LATAM.

• Strong practical technical skills in deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration tasks.

• Solid understanding of observability concepts, including logs, metrics, traces, APM, dashboards, alerting, and infrastructure monitoring.

• Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, DevOps, SRE, platform, and security teams.

• Confidence in engaging with executives and translating technical benefits into business outcomes.

• Hands-on experience with cloud-native environments, distributed systems, containers, and modern infrastructure.

• Proficient in coding or scripting languages such as Python, Go, Java, JavaScript, Bash, or similar.

• Strong skills in communication, ownership, follow-through, and commercial judgment.

• Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerized environments.

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Knowledge of OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Docker, APM, and distributed tracing.

• Understanding of log analytics and telemetry pipelines, SIEM or security monitoring, infrastructure monitoring, RUM.

• Experience with Terraform, Helm, or deployment automation, as well as CI/CD workflows.

• Skills in application instrumentation and debugging.
