Solution Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives.

• Lead the discovery process across customer architecture, telemetry sources, operational challenges, business drivers, and success criteria.

• Create and present customized demonstrations that link Coralogix to actual customer use cases.

• Oversee technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes from initial scope to final validation.

• Provide hands-on support for deployment, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting during evaluations.

• Engage with customers regarding logs, metrics, traces, Kubernetes, cloud environments, applications, and security use cases.

• Articulate Coralogix’s architecture, unique features, and value proposition to both technical and executive audiences.

• Identify technical risks, eliminate obstacles, and guide customers towards making informed technical decisions.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support to relay field feedback and enhance Coralogix’s competitive edge.

• Serve as the technical lead during evaluations, assisting customers with the deployment, configuration, integration, troubleshooting, and validation of Coralogix in their settings.

• Travel regularly throughout LATAM to support customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years in a customer-facing technical position such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Security Engineering.

• Proficiency in Spanish and fluency in English are mandatory.

• Knowledge of Portuguese or other languages is a significant advantage.

• Proven experience in leading technical evaluations, conducting product demonstrations, and managing proof-of-concept initiatives.

• Willingness to travel frequently within LATAM.

• Strong practical technical skills in deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration tasks.

• Comprehensive understanding of observability, including logs, metrics, traces, APM, dashboards, alerting, and infrastructure monitoring.

• Ability to converse confidently with engineers, DevOps, SRE, platform, and security teams.

• Comfort in engaging with executives and translating technical value into business outcomes.

• Hands-on experience with cloud-native environments, distributed systems, containers, and modern infrastructure.

• Proficiency in coding or scripting in languages such as Python, Go, Java, JavaScript, Bash, or similar.

• Excellent communication skills, accountability, follow-through, and commercial acumen.

• Experience in Kubernetes and containerized environments.

• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Experience with OpenTelemetry.

• Knowledge of Prometheus.

• Proficient in Docker.

• Experience with APM and distributed tracing.

• Experience in log analytics and telemetry pipelines.

• Familiarity with SIEM or security monitoring.

• Experience in infrastructure monitoring.

• Understanding of RUM.

• Familiarity with Terraform, Helm, or deployment automation.

• Experience with CI/CD workflows.

• Knowledge of application instrumentation and debugging.
