Solution Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives.

• Lead the discovery process encompassing customer architecture, telemetry sources, operational challenges, business drivers, and success metrics.

• Design and present customized demonstrations that relate Coralogix to actual customer use cases.

• Oversee technical evaluations and proof of concepts from the initial scope to final validation.

• Assist with hands-on deployment, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting during evaluations.

• Collaborate with customers across logs, metrics, traces, Kubernetes, cloud environments, applications, and security scenarios.

• Articulate Coralogix’s architecture, unique selling propositions, and value to both technical and executive audiences.

• Identify technical risks, eliminate obstacles, and guide customers towards making successful technical decisions.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support teams to relay field feedback and enhance Coralogix's competitive edge.

• Serve as the technical lead during evaluations, assisting customers with deployment, configuration, integration, troubleshooting, and validation of Coralogix.

• Travel frequently throughout LATAM.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in a customer-facing technical position such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Security Engineering.

• Native-level Spanish and fluent English are essential.

• Proficiency in Portuguese or other languages is a significant advantage.

• Proven experience in leading technical evaluations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept initiatives.

• Willingness to travel frequently throughout LATAM.

• Strong hands-on technical skills in deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration tasks.

• Deep understanding of observability, including logs, metrics, traces, APM, dashboards, alerting, and infrastructure monitoring.

• Ability to engage credibly with engineers, DevOps, SRE, platform, and security teams.

• Confidence in interacting with executives and translating technical value into business impact.

• Practical experience with cloud-native environments, distributed systems, containers, and modern infrastructure.

• Coding or scripting experience in languages such as Python, Go, Java, JavaScript, Bash, or similar.

• Strong communication skills, ownership mentality, follow-through, and commercial acumen.

• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments.

• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Experience with OpenTelemetry.

• Knowledge of Prometheus.

• Proficiency with Docker.

• Experience in APM and distributed tracing.

• Background in log analytics and telemetry pipelines.

• Knowledge of SIEM or security monitoring.

• Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring.

• Experience with RUM.

• Proficiency in Terraform, Helm, or deployment automation.

• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows.

• Experience with application instrumentation and debugging.
