This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Support in connecting new authorities and other stakeholders to the technical platform

• Assistance with technical inquiries during the onboarding of new specialized applications

• Configuration, testing, and commissioning of digital specialized applications

• Participation in the further development and automation of integration and deployment processes

• Close collaboration with partners, authorities, and manufacturers to clarify technical requirements and ensure platform compatibility

• Assistance in error analysis and performance optimization

• Ensure stable operation of integrated applications

• Documentation of completed integrations and further development of technical onboarding processes

• Contribution to enhancing the platform architecture in terms of scalability, security, and reusability

• Excellent degree in computer science or a related field

• Several years of experience as a Solution Engineer or in Pre-/Post-Sales

• Experience in cloud, SaaS, or platform development environments is advantageous

• Practical experience with network, API, and security topics, such as IAM, AD, DMZ, VPN, OAuth2, and TLS

• Alternatively, or in addition, strong knowledge of DevOps tools like CI/CD, Git, Terraform, and Ansible

• Independent, pragmatic, and structured working style

• Enjoyment of operational, solution-oriented work

• Very good German and English language skills, both spoken and written
