This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Lead the end-to-end process of the Atlas Renewals Diagnostic, including executive sponsorship, scoping, qualitative interviews, systems walkthroughs, maturity scoring, and executive diagnostic readout.
• Transform diagnostic insights into a targeted service design that outlines autonomous, approval-based, and human renewal actions throughout the autonomy ramp.
• Create business cases that include parity and partnership scenarios, documented assumptions, capacity modeling, and cost-to-serve analysis.
• Provide pricing inputs and work in conjunction with Deal Desk and Finance on structure, margin, and ramp curves.
• Develop an AI and human responsibility matrix detailing responsible parties, autonomy levels, guardrails, and escalation paths.
• Ensure solution integrity during commercial negotiations and align the design and business case with contract terms.
• Convey design intent, assumptions, risks, and open decisions to Delivery and Solutions Architecture upon project closure.
• Compile delivery handoff materials, which include deal review records, readiness scorecards, final readouts, pricing models, and open-items registers.
• Reassess the design against live performance during the ramp phase and take ownership of the Partnership Value Assessment.
• Engage in the enhancement of diagnostic methods, contribute to the asset library, and develop practice tools.
• Work collaboratively across functions with Sales AEs and AMs, Data Analysts, Solutions Architects, Deal Desk, Finance, and Delivery.
• Over 10 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience) is required.
• Proven experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative analyses of business challenges.
• Experience in presenting findings to senior executives.
• Background in renewal, customer success, or subscription revenue operations.
• Strong financial modeling skills in Excel, including multi-year business cases, margin analysis, and scenario ranges.
• Capability to prioritize tasks and drive deliverables to completion with minimal supervision.
• Ability to design and price a configured operating model with an attached commercial case.
• Experience in maintaining solutions through negotiation and translating design intent into contract terms.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, up to 25%.
