Solution Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Sales Team and partner ecosystems to grasp customer business objectives, process obstacles, and functional needs.

• Utilize AI to guide scoping, sizing, estimating, and proposing for OutSystems professional services projects.

• Develop Statements of Work and manage the sales order procedure.

• Oversee the management of professional service engagements that have been sold.

• Take charge of the customer adoption journey from pre-sales to Time to First Value and go-live.

• Expand the regional services pipeline and promote the utilization of the services backlog.

• Provide consistent forecasts for services bookings and revenue.

• Manage a diverse portfolio of customers and projects across various use cases, industries, and sizes.

• Play a pivotal role in add-on services and renewals.

• Promote company culture in all interactions with teams, the organization, and customers.

• Identify and nurture delivery partners and develop joint value propositions.

• Lead business and technical discovery sessions, scoping, and delivery-cost estimates for Statements of Work.

• Surpass Services Sales quotas.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role related to software implementations, including positioning services and solutions across diverse verticals.

• Knowledge and practical experience with AI.

• More than 3 years of experience in understanding and conveying complex business and technical topics to both Management and Technical audiences.

• At least 3 years in a Professional Services role with a proven history of successfully delivering projects.

• A minimum of 2 years of success in increasing service bookings and accurately forecasting services revenue.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
