Solution Delivery Lead – Software Implementation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Convert business objectives into software configuration requirements and strategic roadmaps

• Work in close collaboration with engineering, software, and program delivery teams

• Create and convey project plans and/or roadmaps

• Set, monitor, manage, and report on essential milestones, risks, and deliverables

• Organize and sustain databases for the coordination, collection, analysis, and reporting of data

• Continuously evaluate project progress in relation to established goals

• Innovate and devise creative solutions to emerging issues and market dynamics

• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of cloud-based software for extensive energy efficiency programs

• Collect requirements, design, implement, test, and support web-based systems

• Perform additional duties as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a resident of New Jersey or willing to relocate to New Jersey

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

• At least 4 years of professional experience in software engineering or technical program management

• Proven experience in successfully managing technical projects

• Strong knowledge of energy efficiency programs, demand-side management, and energy efficiency measures

• Exceptional writing, interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills

• Passion for sustainability and a commitment to making a significant environmental impact

• Experience with Commercial and/or Residential electric or natural gas utility energy efficiency programs (preferred)

• Background in managing customer enhancements, integrations, data-source modifications, vendor changes, or other post-implementation initiatives (preferred)

• Familiarity with AWS Cloud infrastructure management and Serverless environments (preferred)

• PMP, Agile, Scrum, or other relevant project management certification (preferred)

• Successful completion of a comprehensive background and reference check
