Solution Consultant, Senior Solution Consultant

📋 Description

• Assist in managing sophisticated enterprise customer engagements through various work streams.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to realize customer visions and fulfill critical deliverables.

• Act as a proactive advisor and trusted partner to clients.

• Present and showcase solutions to secure customer approval.

• Identify significant risks and issues, navigating challenging discussions with teams and clients.

• Engage with product owners, business process owners, and technical teams to comprehend capabilities and requirements.

• Analyze data and develop comprehensive solutions.

• Provide thought leadership and establish standard practices both internally and externally.

• Assist customers and colleagues in evaluating and implementing technologies that enhance business value.

• Collaborate on internal projects aimed at expanding the consulting practice and enriching the knowledge base.

• Manage customer expectations and negotiate solutions with clients and third-party partners.

• Review and refine key artifacts to ensure projects remain on schedule and solutions are sustainable.

• Work alongside Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, Technical Architects, and clients to architect technology solutions.

• Contribute to the overall program vision, business case development, and justification efforts.

• Oversee and deliver program/project components throughout their lifecycle.

• Advise on and communicate strategies related to enabling technologies, particularly the Salesforce Platform.

• Excellent presentation skills; able to effectively present perspectives and communicate the rationale to various collaborators.

• Detail-oriented individual with a quick ability to grasp and leverage new concepts, business models, and technologies.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capacity to create materials tailored to the audience.

• Proficiency in connecting with individuals across diverse roles.

• Proven history of analyzing, designing, and enhancing business processes through technology and integration.

• Ability to navigate and resolve problems effectively.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% based on individual client requirements.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering (any discipline), or a related quantitative field is preferred.

• Equivalent validated work experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.

• Demonstrated success in translating business user stories into technical requirements documentation.

• Proven success in leading customer and/or partner outcomes.

• Relevant Salesforce certifications and consulting experience are highly recommended.
