This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and present innovative value propositions to executive audiences by aligning Nexthink’s technical capabilities with business outcomes.
• Lead pre-sales initiatives in the local territory to meet the company's sales revenue and growth objectives.
• Assist the sales team in qualifying leads by utilizing product capabilities to solve business challenges and deliver business value.
• Showcase how Nexthink solutions aid customer initiatives and produce business results.
• Organize and oversee Proof of Values.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in End User Computing, Workplace Management, IT Operations, and IT Leadership to demonstrate valuable use cases.
• Support and lead large-scale enterprise transactions in the role of a Solution Consultant.
• Conduct and facilitate value-driven workshops with potential clients.
• Participate as a speaker at company events and marketing-related activities.
• Establish yourself as a thought leader both internally and externally regarding the creation of business value with Nexthink.
• Lead training workshops for Partners to ensure their technical teams are well-versed in the solution.
• Work in collaboration with Sales, Professional Services, and Partner teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, primarily within the region.
• Demonstrated experience working with a sales organization and a proven record of meeting or exceeding assigned revenue targets.
• Established experience as a key technical resource leading the introduction of new technology into a new market.
• Background in Digital Experience Management or similar end-user experience-focused roles.
• Experience in managing Workplace, End User, or Desktop Services.
• Familiarity with Virtualization, Cloud, Windows 10, O365, and other Migration-, Release-, or Change-related projects.
• Knowledge of the ITIL framework, Service Lifecycle, and other quality of service-related disciplines.
• Strong business acumen; ability to leverage business context to create innovative and practical solutions to achieve business goals.
• An entrepreneurial mindset allowing for independent work with minimal supervision.
• Technologically adept and capable of quickly mastering Nexthink products, services, technologies, and business operations.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; able to earn the respect of and interact comfortably with senior leaders and executives.
• A team player who thrives in a dynamic work environment.
• Proficient in German and English for effective business communication; Swiss German is a plus.
• Technical knowledge of the Nexthink platform is highly advantageous.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, mostly within the region.
