This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium, +5 more countries.
• Act as the primary technical liaison throughout the sales process.
• Work closely with the sales team to formulate and implement effective sales strategies.
• Perform comprehensive technical presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing the technical capabilities and business benefits of NetWitness solutions.
• Establish and nurture robust technical relationships with key customer stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor to the customer.
• Gain an understanding of customers’ security challenges, technical needs, and existing infrastructure to propose customized solutions.
• Design, implement, and manage Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) and evaluations.
• Assist in the creation of technical documentation, proposals, and responses to RFPs.
• Provide health-checks and workshops for existing customers, aiming to retain and expand their NetWitness presence.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of products, the competitive landscape, and industry trends.
• Keep up-to-date with cybersecurity threats, attacks, and trends.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and aid in product development.
• Engage in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote solutions and generate leads.
• Manage and sustain technical relationships with NetWitness partners in the designated territory.
• Offer technical training and support to sales team members and partners.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales engineering, technical pre-sales, security consulting, or related roles within the cybersecurity sector.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, capable of adapting and explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficient in English and Dutch.
• Profound understanding of networking protocols, network security principles, and security architectures.
• Strong knowledge of threat detection methodologies, incident response procedures, and common attack vectors.
• Experience with Threat Detection and Response solutions, including SIEM, NDR, EDR, UEBA, and SOAR.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct effective product demonstrations and POCs.
• Proven history of supporting successful sales cycles and meeting sales targets.
• Familiarity with Linux CLI and basic scripting/programming skills.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to meet with customers and participate in industry events.
