This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, mentor, and nurture a high-performing team in Credential Management Professional Services and Pre-Sales Engineering.
• Meet sales revenue, bookings, customer retention, and growth targets for Credential Management.
• Oversee the delivery of implementation, integration, migration, training, consulting, architecture reviews, and solution validation services.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership on governance frameworks, scalable delivery systems, technical advisory, executive briefings, demonstrations, architectural workshops, and proof-of-concept validations.
• Act as the senior escalation point for intricate and strategic customer, technical, and delivery issues.
• Offer strategic leadership and technical direction across credential management, PKI, digital certificates, authentication, MFA, workforce and citizen identity, physical access control, and mobile access technologies.
• Direct operational planning efforts, including workforce planning, forecasting, resource allocation, capacity management, skills development, performance reporting, and organizational effectiveness.
• Propel technical sales strategy, customer adoption, and business growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Customer Support, Customer Success, Marketing, and other stakeholders to convert customer requirements and market insights into product enhancements and growth initiatives.
• Assist in customer engagements, architecture discussions, partner meetings, executive briefings, and strategic account activities.
• Establish scalable standards for project governance, delivery methodologies, quality management, risk mitigation, service excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement across North America.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, security standards, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies.
• Provide operational insights, workforce planning recommendations, customer feedback, and resource forecasts.
• Contribute to business planning, organizational development, and go-to-market strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 7 years of experience in cybersecurity, identity and access management, enterprise software, or security technology sectors.
• More than 5 years of experience leading customer-facing technical teams in cybersecurity, identity management, enterprise software, or related technology areas.
• Experience in leading Professional Services, Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, or Pre-Sales Engineering teams.
• Proven track record in supporting enterprise and government clients.
• Strong knowledge in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Credential Management Systems, Physical Access Control Systems (PACS), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), cloud security, digital certificates, enterprise integrations, and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Demonstrated capabilities in leadership, coaching, team development, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, consulting, and relationship-building skills with customers.
• Ability to manage intricate technical and business projects across multiple stakeholders and functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other related business tools.
• Applicants must currently and legally possess authorization to reside and work in the United States.
• An MBA or advanced technical degree is preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, PMP, ITIL, Microsoft Security, CIAM, PKI, Digital Identity, or other related certifications are preferred.
• Experience in supporting large-scale identity, cybersecurity, or credential management deployments in regulated industries is preferred.
