This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Deliver BPO client services and facilitate SaaS deployments, which includes onboarding companies, properties, units, and tenants.

• Oversee and offer strategic direction on complete life-cycle implementations.

• Prepare comprehensive financial reporting packages.

• Conduct bank reconciliations.

• Monitor and report on fixed assets.

• Administer lease agreements.

• Process accounts payable through a third-party processor.

• Document operational workflows.

• Utilize the F-9 Cumulus Report Writer.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience with SKYLINE, Yardi, or MRI Property Management Software.

• Background as a Property Accountant in both commercial and residential sectors.

• At least three years of experience in Property Accounting.

• Strong grasp of accounting principles.
