Solution Architect – Presales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Showcase SNP’s suite of applications tailored for customer-specific scenarios and drive revenue through application-based solutions in the US.

• Serve as an expert on SNP products during the pre-sales phase, effectively communicating the benefits and features of the offerings.

• Comprehend how the SNP product range fits into customer transformation projects.

• Collect customer requirements and align SNP applications with a final proposal for closure.

• Execute SNP product demonstrations and analyses for both current and prospective clients.

• Lead or engage in customer workshops.

• Collaborate with SNP's business, product, and engineering leaders to relay market insights.

• Articulate technology strategies and trade-offs to senior management and development teams.

• Operate within a team-selling framework alongside leadership, account executives, service delivery teams, and partners.

• Improve and enhance the technical pre-sales processes and related materials.

• Assist in additional pre-sales initiatives, including webinars and conferences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Comprehensive understanding of SAP SD, MM, and FI modules along with their associated business processes, including external integration with other solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant technical field.

• 5–7 years of experience in pre-sales and solutions architecture.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at interacting with both highly technical teams and non-technical business leaders.

• Proven history of successfully guiding customer deployments, navigating technical challenges, and achieving favorable results.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Experience with SAP data migration projects for new implementations, landscape transformations, or other migrations/system upgrades.

• Must reside in the United States.
