This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
• Design solution architectures for Operate & Assist implementations based on client specifications.
• Ensure technical consistency and feasibility prior to project commencement.
• Implement technical checklists for various tools, including Operate Insights, Centrical, and Knowledge Base.
• Facilitate data flows between client systems and TP platforms, including EMA, while addressing data formats, interfaces, and data quality.
• Connect BI/reporting systems, particularly Power BI, to operational data sources.
• Incorporate data privacy and compliance regulations, such as PII redaction, during data integration processes.
• Oversee end-to-end implementations from solution design and data integration to Go-Live.
• Maintain communication with client IT, internal QA, and operations teams.
• Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues related to translation tools and system integrations.
• Coordinate with internal IT support, including ticket creation and installation triggers.
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure the quality of solutions.
• Identify opportunities for automation and data analytics within operational processes.
• Promote the continuous development of technical standards within the DSI team.
• Create and maintain technical documentation that includes architecture, data flows, and implementation checklists.
• Share expertise with team members and operations colleagues.
• Successfully obtained a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related technical field.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience as a Solution Architect, Data/Integration Engineer, Technical Project Manager, or a similar role.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing operational business technologies, such as QA, BI, reporting, or workforce automation systems.
• Comprehensive knowledge of data integration and system architecture, including APIs, data flows, and interfaces.
• Strong expertise in Power BI, particularly in reporting and data modeling.
• Experience in workforce management, quality management, or AI-driven process solutions, including knowledge bases and translation tools.
• Organized project management and technical documentation abilities.
• Proficiency in English at C1 level.
• Proficiency in German at B2 level.
• Basic familiarity with workflow automation tools such as n8n, Make, or Power Automate is an advantage.
• Experience in the Customer Experience sector is a plus.
• Strong technical inclination and a structured, solution-focused approach.
• Capability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and effective manner.
• Self-motivated work ethic and the ability to remain resilient under pressure during critical project phases.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills.
• Ability to swiftly adapt to new technologies.
