📋 Description

• Act as the technical authority for Kaseya’s security offerings, which encompass Email Security, Microsoft 365 Defense, SIEM/MDR, and User-Based Security.

• Perform technical assessments and provide tailored, scenario-driven product demonstrations that align with clients' threat profiles.

• Collaborate with Account Executives to develop multi-layered security and compliance frameworks customized for client environments.

• Assist clients in aligning their security strategies with HIPAA, PCI-DSS, NIST, and CMMC utilizing Kaseya’s compliance and auditing tools.

• Offer post-sale technical consulting regarding deployment strategies, threat detection setups, and ongoing security enhancements.

• Work alongside Product Management on feature improvements driven by threat intelligence and customer insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in pre-sales or technical solution architecture within the realms of cybersecurity, email security, or managed security solutions.

• Practical knowledge of Email Security, including defenses against phishing and DMARC/DKIM/SPF protocols.

• Experience in managing Microsoft 365 security.

• Familiarity with SIEM log analysis and MDR workflows.

• Knowledge of user-based security, IAM, MFA, and strategies for Security Awareness Training.

• Understanding of HIPAA, PCI-DSS, NIST (800-171/800-53), and CMMC standards.

• Experience with Active Directory, Azure/Entra ID, core networking, OpenVAS, and Nessus.

• Awareness of MSP service delivery models, SOC processes, and ITSM practices.

• ITSM/ITIL certification is advantageous.

• Capability to convey complex threat vectors and compliance obligations into clear business value for C-level executives, technical leaders, and non-technical stakeholders.
