📋 Description

• Act as the primary technical consultant for enterprise clients.

• Develop authoritative relationships with clients and foster high-level trust.

• Collaborate with Software Engineers across the globe to assess hiring processes and performance requirements.

• Serve as the lead technical expert to ensure alignment of solutions and delivery of Karat products.

• Showcase Karat's technical solutions to potential clients.

• Design and implement initial interview frameworks for enterprise clients using Karat.

• Conduct regular strategic reviews with customers.

• Create and deliver executive-level training for client stakeholders.

• Evaluate intricate performance data and align assessment metrics with Content and Data teams.

• Convert insights into actionable strategic recommendations.

• Enhance Customer Operations and internal GTM processes.

• Provide ongoing support to clients during implementation and optimization phases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of professional experience in strategic technical account management, client success engineering, solutions/deployment engineering, SaaS/technical/financial services consulting focused on technical implementation, or Software Engineering.

• Proven success as a strategic advisor during client onboarding processes.

• Capability to establish trusted relationships, offer thoughtful recommendations, and guide clients through intricate implementation processes.

• Experience engaging directly with C-Suite executives in a client-facing role.

• Proficient knowledge of SQL.

• Required client-facing experience with technical customers.

• Must reside in FL, IL, MA, MO, OR, TX, or WA.
