📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor to Red Hat's clientele and cultivate enduring customer relationships.

• Offer pre-sales technical assistance for intricate solution development and execution.

• Gain insights into customer business and IT landscapes while evaluating the applicability of Red Hat solutions alongside sales teams.

• Articulate complex solutions and devise value-oriented architectures.

• Clarify the application and business merits of Red Hat solutions.

• Stay informed about technology and industry trends, linking them to customer value.

• Engage in and direct vertical and industry-focused subject matter expert teams.

• Produce white papers, reference architectures, and technical materials tailored to specific industries.

• Disseminate knowledge and insights among team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience as a consultant, sales engineer, or a comparable position.

• Extensive experience across various Red Hat product areas or related competitive offerings.

• Capability to convey technical concepts to audiences lacking technical expertise.

• Proficiency in interpreting customer business and technical requirements.

• Outstanding presentation abilities.

• Documented success in building relationships with engineering, commercial, and executive levels within large enterprise IT organizations.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Readiness to travel frequently.

• Experience addressing both technical and cultural challenges in cloud-native environments.
