📋 Description

• Deliver pre-sales technical support for intricate products, applications, and solutions.

• Offer technical knowledge to sales teams and clients through presentations and product demonstrations.

• Evaluate potential uses of company products to fulfill customer requirements.

• Create comprehensive product specifications along with design and implementation guidelines.

• Develop mini-applications and quick prototypes to showcase application viability.

• Consult with potential users to assess and verify product functionalities.

• Direct technical strategy and execution across Red Hat’s complete portfolio for designated enterprise customers.

• Coordinate product specialists, consulting teams, partner architects, and field engineers.

• Promote customer adoption, growth, and success.

• Comprehend customer business motivations, existing architecture, and transformation objectives.

• Manage the technical account strategy and align it with Red Hat’s market approach and customer roadmap.

• Identify opportunities, eliminate technical obstacles, and position Red Hat as a key innovation partner.

• Implement technical enablement strategies for essential partners.

• Design and deliver solutions across hybrid cloud ecosystems.

• Lead cross-departmental collaboration to enhance customer adoption rates.

• Mentor junior architects and partner engineers.

• Organize workshops, RHUGs, community events, proof-of-concepts, and collaborative innovation projects.
