Software Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Travel to client locations to provide training to end users, including physicians and clinical personnel, on eCW software and its related functionalities.

• Offer personalized coaching as well as classroom instruction.

• Create and implement workflow processes.

• Showcase the software to client practices.

• Provide recommendations and conduct training sessions.

• Communicate issues and escalate them to Project Managers as necessary.

• Generate reports such as checklists and expense reports.

• Maintain documentation for all training sessions conducted.

• Execute other responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preference for candidates with experience in Billing, Emergency Room, and pharmacy settings.

• Strong customer service skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capability to coach and train a diverse range of individuals.

• Familiarity with MySQL, Microsoft Office suite, computer networking, and insurance-based physician billing.

• Proficiency in managing stressful situations with professionalism.

• Basic understanding of technical terminology.

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Bilingual or multilingual skills are advantageous.

• Must achieve eCW Certified Professional status following initial training.

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems.

• A master's degree is preferred.

• 2–5 years of experience in the healthcare sector, ideally in training and implementation of Project Management or EMR systems.

• A valid driver's license is required.

• Willingness to travel approximately 50%–75% per month across all 50 U.S. states.

• Ability to meet the operational and logistical demands of the position.

• Must have a remote home base within the designated regional area.

• Must be able to work in the required time zone upon hiring.
