This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Analyze user stories and functional requirements to determine test scenarios, edge cases, acceptance criteria, and other testing needs.
• Develop, implement, and sustain test scripts for SAP Fiori, Mendix applications, workflows, and integrations.
• Conduct functional testing for JTMS modules and customizations at the Agile team level within a SAFe Agile framework.
• Record defects with comprehensive reproduction steps, monitor issues until resolved, and share findings with development teams.
• Work closely with developers and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and enhance test coverage.
• Create and oversee test plans, test cases, test data sets, and traceability matrices in accordance with SAFe Agile methodologies.
• Engage in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Identify areas for enhancing testing processes, tools, and quality assurance methodologies.
• Provide support for USTRANSCOM's Joint Transportation Management System, a critical platform modernizing transportation, logistics, and financial operations through SAP S/4HANA ERP integration.
• Active Secret clearance is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in manual software testing of large-scale ERP systems.
• Demonstrated hands-on testing experience with SAP S/4HANA applications, including workflows and integrations.
• Solid understanding of the SAFe Framework, SDLC, and Agile development methodologies.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within team settings.
• Up to 10% travel may be required.
• Experience in test automation, preferably with Tricentis TOSCA and/or UiPath.
• ISTQB or similar testing certification is preferred.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow CWM for Agile test management and defect tracking is desirable.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Git, and DevSecOps best practices is advantageous.
• Prior experience supporting federal agencies or Department of Defense clients is preferred.
