This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Lead the development of Claroty’s xDome Secure Access (XSA), a secure remote access solution tailored for critical industrial settings.

• Guide a high-performing team of developers while promoting technical ownership, a security-first approach, and continuous delivery.

• Spearhead the design and implementation of secure access features that integrate IT and OT networks.

• Manage scalable, high-performance gateway and proxy architectures designed for global enterprise-level deployment.

• Collaborate with Product Management and Security Researchers to apply Zero Trust principles and enhance session monitoring capabilities.

• Encourage the professional development of the team, ensuring high code quality, stringent security protocols, and system resilience.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in leading R&D teams within a dynamic environment.

• Over 5 years of backend development experience, with a proven history of constructing complex systems using Python.

• In-depth knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP/S, SSH, RDP) and security concepts (Zero Trust, Identity Management, Encryption).

• Experience in creating distributed, high-availability systems capable of managing real-time traffic and data.

• Proficient in leveraging AI development tools, particularly Cursor and Claude, to enhance development workflows, facilitate code generation, and solve problems effectively.

• Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as Angular or React is advantageous.

• Experience with cloud-native technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, K8s) is a plus.

• Background in the cybersecurity sector, particularly in Remote Access (VPN/ZTNA) or Identity (IAM), is a bonus.
