Software Sales Representative – RecRivals Sports Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Jamaica, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Develop the sales pipeline and secure new software clientele.

• Conduct research and identify key league operators and sports organizations to target.

• Connect with decision-makers through outbound calls, email outreach, and professional networks.

• Gain an understanding of prospects' workflows regarding registration, payment, scheduling, and communication.

• Conduct product demonstrations utilizing supported features and approved commercial terms.

• Follow up with prospects, address objections, negotiate within defined authority, and finalize new customer agreements.

• Ensure accurate maintenance of CRM records, opportunity stages, next steps, and sales forecasts.

• Coordinate the transition process for implementation.

• Gather product feedback without committing to unapproved features.

• Establish a repeatable prospecting routine to generate qualified discussions.

• Advance credible opportunities and secure suitable customers.

• Assess conversion rates through outreach, discovery, demonstrations, proposals, and finalized deals.

• Test and refine messaging based on performance outcomes.

• Take ownership of follow-through and document lost deals and gaps.

• Proven track record of selling B2B software or a similar consultative product, including self-generated pipelines and closed transactions.

• Proficient spoken and written English skills.

• Confidence during calls and presentations.

• Disciplined approach to CRM utilization.

• Persistent professional follow-up skills.

• Capacity to learn a technical product and convey its practical value to non-technical buyers.

• Experience selling to sports organizations, clubs, leagues, or facilities is advantageous.
