Software Engineer – Measurement & Reporting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance measurement and reporting systems utilized by thousands of CreatorIQ clients.

• Create AI-powered product features, including MCP servers for AI-driven access to measurement data.

• Convert analytical requirements into SQL and application logic.

• Implement changes to large-scale production systems, which includes migrating production database schemas.

• Employ test-driven development and establish testing strategies along with test harnesses.

• Decompose complex data challenges into manageable, deliverable components.

• Utilize AI-assisted coding tools in everyday development tasks.

• Convey analytical and technical subjects to both engineers and non-engineers effectively.

• Report directly to the Senior Manager of Engineering.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in software engineering.

• Solid understanding of SQL and analytical logic, including experience with SQL query builders or ORMs.

• Expertise in TypeScript and the Node ecosystem.

• Proven experience in modifying large production systems, migrating production database schemas, and deploying to production environments.

• Background in building analytical or data aggregation systems.

• Experience with test-driven software development, including the ability to define testing strategies and build test harnesses.

• Familiarity with application architecture and modular design principles.

• Capability to break down complex problems into actionable steps.

• Experience with Docker and continuous integration (CI).

• Regular use of AI-assisted coding tools.

• Ability to articulate complex topics in a clear manner.

• Experience with Python and the Python data analysis ecosystem is advantageous.
