Software Engineer – Measurement & Reporting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance measurement and reporting systems utilized by thousands of CreatorIQ clients.

• Create AI-powered product features, including MCP servers that provide measurement data for AI-driven workflows.

• Convert analytical requirements into SQL and application logic.

• Implement changes to large-scale production systems, including migrations of production database schemas.

• Utilize test-driven development and establish testing frameworks for data-intensive systems.

• Decompose intricate data challenges into manageable, deliverable steps.

• Employ AI-assisted coding tools in everyday development tasks.

• Convey analytical and technical subjects effectively to both engineers and non-engineers.

• Report directly to the Senior Manager of Engineering.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of professional experience in software engineering.

• Strong knowledge of SQL, including familiarity with SQL query builders or ORMs.

• Expertise in TypeScript and the Node ecosystem.

• Proven experience in modifying large-scale production systems, migrating production database schemas, and deploying to live environments.

• Background in developing analytical or data aggregation systems.

• Test-driven mindset, which includes establishing testing strategies and developing test frameworks.

• Understanding of application architecture and modular design.

• Capable of analyzing complex logic, formulating questions, and breaking down problems into actionable steps.

• Experience with Docker and continuous integration (CI).

• Regular use of AI-assisted coding tools in daily tasks.

• Ability to articulate complex topics in a clear manner.

• Familiarity with Python and the Python data analysis ecosystem is a plus.

• Legal right to reside and work in Poland based on accepted criteria.
