Software Engineer, L3 Support – .NET

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Diagnose, resolve, and prevent production challenges impacting Aras Innovator clients.

• Investigate intricate issues and pinpoint root causes throughout the application stack.

• Manage escalated customer concerns by conducting analysis, developing fixes, testing, and overseeing deployment.

• Create enhancements and product improvements based on customer feedback.

• Assess technical strategies and collaborate with product teams to refine solutions.

• Assist customers with upgrades and adapt existing functionalities to align with newer product versions.

• Balance incoming escalations with planned improvement initiatives.

• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code utilizing modern engineering practices and AI-assisted development techniques.

• Employ troubleshooting and profiling tools to diagnose performance and stability challenges.

• Enhance CI/CD and DevOps methodologies.

• Improve platform reliability, scalability, performance, and security.

• Share knowledge and enhance support and engineering methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of professional software development experience with .NET in a production environment.

• Strong expertise in C#/.NET and Object-Oriented Programming principles.

• Proficient in MS SQL Server and skilled in T-SQL.

• Familiar with troubleshooting, diagnostic, and profiling tools.

• Good understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Knowledge of REST APIs and HTTP-based standards like OData.

• Proficient with Git or another distributed version control system.

• Experience in Agile or Kanban development frameworks.

• Intermediate or higher proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

• Capable of troubleshooting unfamiliar, ambiguous, or business-critical challenges.

• Ability to clearly communicate technical issues to both engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience with large enterprise systems and legacy environments.

• Background in client-side development.

• Direct experience with Docker, Kubernetes (AKS or Azure Container Apps), and Helm.
