Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Design and develop applications utilizing Microsoft Power Platform, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and .NET.

• Build and maintain API integrations.

• Engage in solution design discussions and conduct code reviews.

• Execute testing, deployment, and production support activities.

• Diagnose application issues and defects.

• Generate and uphold technical documentation.

• Contribute to the design, development, deployment, integration, and production support of enterprise applications and automation solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

• Over 6 years of software development experience, encompassing enterprise application development.

• Practical experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.

• Proficient development skills in Node.js, PostgreSQL, and .NET.

• Experience in building APIs and integrating enterprise applications.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

• Proficient in using GitHub.

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications are preferred.

• Experience with Playwright is preferred.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) is preferred.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments is preferred.

• Background in supporting enterprise-scale automation projects is preferred.

• Experience in supporting applications in production environments is preferred.

• $54–64 per hour salaried rate.

• $64–74 per hour incorporated business rate.

• 12-month contract with the possibility of permanent employment.

• Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.

• Flexibility for remote work.

• Weekday schedule from 8 am to 5 pm.
