Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Contribute Rust code that develops, manages, reconfigures, and adapts cloud resources.

• Utilize AI effectively to produce high-quality code more efficiently.

• Collaborate with the engineering team on architecture, feature design, and infrastructure.

• Interact directly with users to gather requirements, create solutions, and troubleshoot issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience.

• At least 1 year of experience writing production-level Rust code.

• Located between UTC-5 and UTC+4.

• Strong systems-level analytical skills.

• Proficient in debugging complex, distributed systems.

• Comfortable working asynchronously in a remote-first startup setting.

• Knowledge of cloud-native environments, including Docker, containers, and Kubernetes, beyond the basics.

• Familiarity with backend infrastructure tools such as datastores, message brokers, and GitOps tools.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Experience in building developer tools is a plus.

• Experience in creating Kubernetes operators or components that interact with the Kubernetes API is advantageous.

• Background in DevOps or platform experience is a plus.
