Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Develop real-time systems capable of processing over 2,500,000 transactions per second.

• Ensure a scalable global architecture that connects users from all around the world.

• Integrate Amazon services with proprietary solutions to enhance efficiency.

• Analyze and assess existing solutions to identify performance enhancement opportunities.

• Craft intricate and efficient data structures and algorithms to optimize code performance.

• Program in Python and Go to create high-performance backend applications like the bidder.

• Design, develop, and test features and components for a real-time bidding architecture.

• Employ and implement sophisticated algorithms and data structures with a focus on performance and efficiency.

• Collaborate with data science, data infrastructure, and design teams.

• Establish and uphold a high standard for quality, thoroughly tested code.

• Engage actively in defining product specifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of programming experience.

• Extensive experience with high-traffic, low-latency architectures, including web services, processing pipelines, and databases.

• Strong proficiency in Python (Cython knowledge is a plus).

• Solid understanding of system design fundamentals.

• Familiarity with deployment pipelines and container-based technologies.

• Knowledge of key AWS infrastructure services (EC2, ECS, RDS, S3, IAM, etc.).

• Demonstrated experience in maintaining production systems.

• Ability to work independently and proactively contribute to the roadmap.

• Proficiency in English.

• Experience with Golang is a plus.

• Experience in AdTech is desirable.
