Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services utilizing Python, FastAPI, and LangChain.

• Create and manage web scraping frameworks employing Firecrawl, Playwright, or similar technologies.

• Develop and orchestrate multi-agent systems, which include LangFlow pipelines and communication between agents.

• Deploy multi-agent systems into production with comprehensive monitoring and failover strategies.

• Integrate agents with Salesforce, SharePoint, Slack, and internal business systems.

• Create responsive frontend components utilizing React.js or comparable frameworks.

• Implement real-time interfaces using Server-Sent Events (SSE) or WebSocket.

• Utilize LangFuse and other observability platforms to monitor agent performance and interaction logs.

• Mentor junior developers and perform code reviews.

• Contribute to system architecture decisions.

• Collaborate with AI/ML, DevOps, and Product teams in agile settings.

• Uphold the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Granicus information assets.

• Ensure privacy for employee and customer data while completing necessary privacy training.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in full-stack development.

• Expert-level proficiency in Python.

• Strong backend expertise with FastAPI, asyncio, and scalable microservices.

• Experience in building and deploying web scraping frameworks such as Firecrawl, Scrapy, or Playwright.

• Practical experience with agent-based systems, including agent-to-agent communication, LangFlow orchestration, and deployment of multi-agent systems in production.

• Experience integrating agents with third-party systems like Salesforce, SharePoint, CRMs, or similar platforms.

• Frontend development experience with React.js, TypeScript, or other contemporary frameworks.

• Familiarity with agent observability tools such as LangFuse.

• Experience utilizing developer AI tools like GitHub Copilot, Winsurf, or equivalent solutions.

• Ability to fulfill Granicus information security and data privacy responsibilities.

• No specific degree requirement; Granicus indicates that most positions do not necessitate a degree.
