Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and enhance shared services and engineering capabilities that support essential government systems.

• Create software using Go and Python.

• Conduct code reviews for team members.

• Author design documents to effectively convey ideas.

• Assist product teams in delivering secure and scalable software with greater efficiency.

• Collaborate closely with a team-oriented environment and government clients.

• Complete a mini-project related to the role during the hiring process.

• Showcase a previous project to the team and engage in team discussions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in software engineering.

• At least three years of professional experience.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Currently residing in the United States or its territories.

• Have lived in the United States or its territories for at least three of the last five years.

• Capability to take ownership of a project and drive it forward.

• Ability to work autonomously.

• Familiarity with engineering best practices.

• Proven track record of operating independently and quickly adapting in complex settings.

• Experience with Go and Python is not a prerequisite.

• All tasks must be performed while physically located within the United States or its territories.

• Required to complete federal employment authorization verification via Form I-9/E-Verify.
