Software Engineer – Agentic Search Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage in a 25-minute conversational interview.

• Explore aspects of search quality, evaluation, and the tradeoffs involved in production search systems.

• Provide specific experiences and insights derived from real-world search systems.

• If chosen, take part in a compensated 30-minute live discussion with the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in producing and delivering search systems, particularly agentic search systems.

• Proven ownership of relevance or retrieval for systems utilized by actual users.

• Proficiency in measuring impact and enhancements in search systems.

• Background in developing systems related to agentic search.

• Experience in scaling data infrastructure for contemporary search systems.

• Capability to articulate search quality, evaluation, and the tradeoffs made in real-world systems.

• Completion of a 25-minute conversational interview is mandatory.

• No coding or take-home assignments are necessary.
