Software Deployment Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee deployment projects from inception to completion, encompassing everything from scoping to production launch.

• Evaluate client requirements and provide guidance on enhancing their processes.

• Conduct project workshops and manage the coordination of various stakeholders.

• Prepare and secure approval for functional specifications and project deliverables.

• Arrange and execute solution configuration in line with the client’s business rules.

• Assist with technical integrations, including ERP/HRIS connectors, SSO, and APIs.

• Oversee testing, user acceptance testing, training, and the transition to support teams.

• Play a role in the ongoing enhancement of delivery processes.

• Proactively communicate client feedback to the product teams.

• Track project progress and ensure client satisfaction.

• Collaborate with internal technical, product, and CSM teams, along with client representatives in IT, Finance, HR, and business functions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Functional Project Manager or Functional Consultant within a deployment project environment.

• Familiarity with Finance, HR, ERP, or HRIS solutions is advantageous.

• Proficient in databases and SQL.

• Knowledge of web environments, APIs, SSO, and data exchange formats.

• Strong functional understanding of accounting, business expenditures, and business processes.

• Comfortable managing projects that involve multiple stakeholders.

• Capability to offer functional consulting and advice to clients.

• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and quick responsiveness.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
