Senior Project Manager – CNS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate clinical trials from initiation through to completion activities

• Manage the technical, financial, and operational elements of projects

• Ensure the successful execution of clinical trials

• Collaborate with key functional area leaders to identify and assess critical project challenges

• Analyze data related to complex issues and make informed business decisions

• Implement effective solutions

• Guarantee that project deliverables align with customer timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints

• Partner with Project Management Directors and other functional area leaders

• Confirm that project outputs satisfy customer and contractual requirements

⛳️ Requirements

• High degree of responsibility and accountability in all assigned tasks

• Strong communication skills

• Capability to perform effectively in high-pressure situations

• Comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies

• Solid knowledge of how to design and manage a project budget

• Proven experience in successfully managing and/or leading multidisciplinary project teams

• 6–7 years of industry experience, with at least 5 years in a Clinical Project Management role within a CRO environment

• Required experience in a PM role related to CNS

• Preferred educational background includes a University/College degree in Life Sciences

• Willingness to travel as necessary
